As #COABE2019 was winding down this week, I had a fantastic conversation with a group of adult education experts about the importance and implications of the upcoming 2020 US Census. Aside from a central issue that the census numbers will impact funding for adult education, it’s important that the educators are ready to support learners in their programs as they complete the form. In turn, the instructional design graduate students and other professional volunteers in our network can play a role in supporting these educators and learners. More to follow …
