The education conferences are starting in 2019, and today I received our new bookmarks that I’ll be handing out during booth duty. Even though we are a virtual organization and spend much of our programming teaching how to integrate technology, we’re going “old school” to drive home our mission to support literacy.
On the front side (along with our name of Designers for Learning) the bookmark reads, “Literacy is a building block of strong communities.” The back reads, “Our nonprofit’s mission is to support all aspects of literacy with instructional design service-learning projects & professional development courses: Technology Integration, Mobile Learning, Accessibility, Digital Inclusion, Open Educational Resources.” Sorry, we don’t have a Kindle version 🙂
